Trust Security and Logistics offer various types of containers and vehicles for import and export, as well as high-quality transportation services to all of our customers (all such services, collectively, the “Service “). After you place an order, Trust Security and Logistics will transfer your products to the specified location,and will be paid for the services.

  1. Bookings, commencement, and duration
  2. As a requisite for availing our services, Trust Security and Logistics mandate that all bookings made by our esteemed clients must be conveyed through either a phone call or an email. It is important to note that Trust Security and Logistics reserves the right to reject any booking at our discretion.
  3. Upon Trust Security and Logistics’ acceptance of the customer’s offer, in accordance with the established protocols, our team will commence rendering the services agreed upon. We are committed to providing our clients with timely and efficient service delivery, and as such, we will ensure that the agreed-upon services are initiated on the specified date.
  • Furthermore, Trust Security and Logistics affirm that the provision of our services will continue until the consignment is successfully delivered to the designated location or until the agreement is formally terminated. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, and our team is dedicated to providing our clients with top-notch logistics services that meet and exceed expectations.
  1. Transportation Charges:

Prices for the transport of goods are described on our Websiteand are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Payment can be made are in British Pounds, Euros,United States dollars, Australian Dollars, andCanadian dollars. Prices, products,and Services may change at Trust Security andLogisticsdiscretion without prior notice.

  1. Legal Contract

Before using our services and/or accessing our website, it is necessary that you thoroughly review these terms.   1. How to Register an Account with Trust Security and Logistics.
  2. To use the services offered by Trust Security and Logistics, it is mandatory for you to create an account with us and provide your consent to this agreement. You are strictly prohibited from sharing access to your account with any third party and can only use it for personal purposes. It is your responsibility to ensure that all the information provided while registering is accurate, complete, relevant, andup-to-date.
  1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, including your username and password. In the unlikely event of unauthorized access to your account, you must notify Trust Security and Logistics in writing without delay.

By registering an account with Trust Security and Logistics, you affirm that you are either of legal age or above the age of eighteen (18), whichever is greater, in your nation, state, province, territory, or city. You also certify that you are competent and capable of entering into an agreement and acknowledge your agreement to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

  1. Prohibited uses

In addition to the other terms stated in the Agreement, the usage of our Services or Content is strictly prohibited for the following purposes:

We reserve the right to terminate your use of our Services for violating any of the prohibited uses.

  1. Prohibited Transportation
  • Trust Security and Logisticsare not responsible for delivering any Dangerous Goods or Shipments.
  • It is the Customer’s responsibility to determine if the contents of any shipment are Dangerous Goods, restricted, or subject to restrictions or special requirements.
  • The Customer must inform Trust Security and Logistics if they are sending Dangerous Products, orprohibited or restricted goods.
  • If the Customer sends such goods, they may face legal consequences and will be liable for any resulting loss or damage suffered by Trust Security and Logistics or its employees, contractors, subcontractors, or agents.
  • If Trust Security and Logistics receive a Consignment with Dangerous Goods, prohibited or restricted goods, they may dispose of it in their sole discretion and charge the Customer for any expenses incurred.
  • Trust Security and Logistics may update the list of prohibited and restricted goods at any time.
  • The Customer will be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the carriage of Dangerous Goods, prohibited or restricted goods.
  • The Customer must properly declare and label any Dangerous Goods (prohibited and restricted goods) and provide Transport Emergency Cards or written information for each material.
  • Trust Security and Logistics reserves the right to check and open any shipment.
  1. Transportation Obligations

(1) It is the Customer’s responsibility to make sure the Consignment is packaged safely and securely for transportation, storage, and handling.

(2) It is agreed that while Trust Security and Logistics will use reasonable efforts to deliver Consignments on schedule for the Customer, nevertheless, it is understood that such timings are simply estimates and time are not of the essence for this agreement. Instead, Trust Security and Logistics will use its best efforts to guarantee that Consignments are delivered within the time frame specified by the Customer.

(3) The client is responsible for providing the appropriate loading staff and machinery when consignments are picked up from a customer’s address.

  1. Loading and Unloading Responsibility

Unless there is written agreement between the Customer andTrust Security and Logistics to the contrary, the following conditions apply:

(a) Trust Security and Logistics is not obligated to provide any equipment, power, or labor for loading or unloading the Consignment, beyond what is carried by the vehicle.(b) The Customer warrants that any specific equipment or instructions necessary for loading or unloading the shipment, but not carried by the vehicle, will be supplied by the Customer or on their behalf.(c) Trust Security and Logistics is not responsible for ensuring that any cranes, forklifts, slings, chains, or other equipment used for loading or unloading the vehicle are appropriate for the task.(d) The Customer shall ensure that there is sufficient access to the loading and unloading points, the roadways leading to and from the public highway are suitable, and that unloading will occur on a safe, sturdy surface with adequate space for loading or unloading the vehicle.(e) If Trust Security and Logistics is instructed or provided with special appliances to load or unload any Consignment, for which the Customer has not supplied appropriate equipment, Trust Security and Logistics shall have no liability to the Customer for any resulting damage.(f) Trust Security and Logistics is not obligated to provide service outside the normal place of pickup or delivery. However, if such service is provided, it will be at the Customer’s exclusive risk.

(2) The Customer shall indemnify Trust Security and Logistics against any claims and demands that would not have arisen.

(3) The Customer shall indemnify Trust Security and Logistics for any costs, expenses, injuries, losses, liability damages, claims, proceedings, or legal fees resulting from the Customer’s assistance with loading or unloading.

(4) The Customer shall indemnify Trust Security and Logistics against any liability, loss, or damage, including damage to Trust Security andLogistics’s vehicle, incurred as a result ofTrust Security andLogistics’s employees following the orders of the Customer, the Consignee, or their agents or servants.

(5) The Customer shall provide Trust Security and Logistics with information on any risk assessments conducted at the time of collection and/or delivery upon request. The responsibility for conducting such risk assessments lies with the Customer, not the Trust Security and Logistics.

  1. Obligations of the Customer

(1) The Consignment is guaranteed to neither cause environmental pollution nor harm human health. It doesn’t require any official consent or license for handling, possession, dealing or transportation, as long as it is under the care and control of Trust Security and Logistics. It is not considered waste, unless notified otherwise beforehand, and is legally transportable.

(2) It is required that they adhere to any reasonable regulations regarding handling, health and safety, and security that has been or will be communicated to them by Trust Security and Logistics. Additionally, all agents, employees, and sub-contractors must also comply with these regulations.

(3) It is expected that the party in question shall furnish Trust Security and Logistics with all necessary information and materials to fulfill their obligations as stipulated in the Contract. The provided information must be accurate and comprehensive in all significant aspects.

(4) If Trust Security andLogistics’s performance of any of its obligations under the Contract is prevented, hindered or delayed by any act or omission of the Customer or by any failure by the Customer to perform any relevant obligation (“Customer Default”), then (a) without limiting or affecting any other right or remedy available to it, Trust Security and Logistics shall have the right to suspend performance of its obligations until the Customer remedies the Customer Default, and may rely on the Customer Default to relieve it from the performance of any of its obligations in each case to the extent the Customer Default prevents, hinders or delays the Supplier’s performance of any of its obligations;(b) Trust Security and Logistics shall not be liable for any costs or losses sustained or incurred by the Customer arising directly or indirectly from Trust Security andLogistics’s failure to perform or delay in performing any of its obligations as set out in this Condition  and(c) the Customer shall on written demand reimburse Trust Security and Logistics for any costs or losses sustained or incurred by Trust Security and Logistics arising directly or indirectly from the Customer Default.

  1. Consignment Notes and Signed Receipts

(1) No such document shall be provided as evidence of the condition or of the accuracy of the declared nature, quantity, or weight of the Consignment at the time it is received by Trust Security and Logistics, and the burden of proving the condition of the Consignment upon receipt by Trust Security and Logistics and that the Consignment meets all requirements shall be on the Trust Security and Logistics.

(2) Before or after the cargo has been loaded, the customer must sign and provide right away to Trust Security and Logistics a consignment note that reads:

  1. Delivery Policy

Our goal is to ship your item in a short time periodand the specific duration will depend on the distance of deliverylocation from pick up point. However during holidays and busy seasons like Christmas, please allow more time. To learn more about overseas delivery, please get in contact.

  1. Trust Security andLogistics’s Charges
  2. Trust Security and Logistics shall levy charges on the Customer, which the latter shall pay without prejudice to Trust Security and Logistics’ rights against the Consignee or any other person.
  3. The charges are due and payable without deduction for any claim, counterclaim, or setoff, and the Customer shall make payment. Failure to make payment on time will result in Trust Security and Logistics imposing interest and legal fees on any overdue amount until payment of the overdue sum is made, as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act of 1998, as amended from time to time.
  4. If the Customer becomes insolvent or has any amounts due on any invoice or account with Trust Security and Logistics, the credit terms will be immediately canceled, and all invoices or accounts issued by Trust Security and Logistics will become due for payment.
  5. The Customer may cancel a scheduled pickup at any time before the collection time. If the Customer cancels the pickup less than three hours before the scheduled time, Trust Security and Logistics reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to one hundred percent of the entire agreed amount.
  6. Trust Security and Logistics is entitled to increase its charges to reflect any change in its costs, including but not limited to wages, cost of materials, fuel cost, exchange rate fluctuations, changes of duties, Local Authority rates, National Insurance and other employment costs, and other costs.
  7. If Trust Security and Logistics provide additional services beyond those originally agreed, the Customer must pay an additional amount to cover the extra costs incurred along with a management charge.
  8. The Customer may not withhold, deduct, or offset any payment owed to Trust Security and Logistics against any amount that it claims is owed to it by Trust Security and Logistics.

 

  1. Cancellation

(1) The Customer may cancel the order up to 3 hours before shipment and get a full refund by contacting Trust Security and Logisticsand providing the order number associated with the Consignment.

(2) If an order is canceled after 3 hours and the goods are shipped, Trust Security and Logistics will charge 100% cost.

  1. Links to other resources

While our Services may provide links to other online resources such as websites and mobile applications, we want to make it clear that we do not directly or indirectly imply any sort of approval, association, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with these resources unless expressly stated herein. It is important to note that we are not responsible for the examination, evaluation, or any warranties related to the offerings of any businesses or individuals, or the content of their resources. Additionally, we do not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, services, and content provided by any third-party sources. As a user, you should always exercise caution and carefully review the legal statements and conditions of use of any linked resource that you access through our Services. It is your responsibility to assess the risk of linking to any off-site resources.

  1. Intellectual property rights

The term “Intellectual Property Rights” encompasses all present and future rights established by statute, common law, or equity, relating to copyright and related rights, trademarks, designs, patents, inventions, goodwill, the right to sue for passing off, rights to inventions, rights to use, and all other intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property owned by the Operator or third parties to you, and all rights, titles, and interests in such property will remain solely with the Operator, as between the parties. All trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos utilized in connection with our Services are either trademarks or registered trademarks of the Operator or its licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos utilized in connection with our Services may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of our Services does not grant you any right or license to reproduce or otherwise utilize any of the Operator’s or third-party trademarks.

  1. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trust Security and Logistics, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, partners, and respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, or other legal representatives, shall not be held liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data, or any other intangible losses, that may arise from the use of, or inability to use, our services or any other aspect of these terms. Furthermore, Trust Security and Logistics shall not be responsible for any losses incurred due to hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of services, your account, or any information contained therein.

The parties acknowledge and agree that the purpose of this section is to allocate the risks arising from these terms between them and limit their potential liability. The fees charged under these terms would have been significantly higher if Trust Security and Logistics had assumed any additional liability not set forth herein. Both parties based their decision to engage in these agreements on these limits. Please note that nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude Trust Security andLogistics’s liability for willful misconduct or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

  1. Severability

This Agreement’s rights and restrictions shall be exercised within the bounds of applicable laws and shall only be enforceable to the extent necessary to maintain its legality, validity, and enforceability. In the event that a provision or portion of any provision of this Agreement is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the parties agree that the remaining provisions or portions thereof shall constitute their agreement for the subject matter hereof, and all such remaining provisions or portions thereof shall remain fully effective.

  1. Indemnification

By accepting these Terms of Use, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Trust Security and Logistics and its affiliates, as well as their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders, partners, or agents, from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise directly or indirectly from: (a) any breach of these Terms of Use by you; (b) any User Materials submitted by you or through your Account; or (c) your use of this Website or transmission of any materials or other content through this Website.

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses. You agree not to settle any such matter without our prior written consent. This indemnification provision will survive any termination or expiration of these Terms of Use.

  1. Dispute resolution

The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural lawswithout regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in United Kingdom and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement.

We reserve the right to change this Agreement or any of its terms relating to our Services at any time. When we do, we’ll update the date at the bottom of this page and send out an email notification. At our discretion, we may also notify you in other ways, such as through the contact information you have provided.

Unless otherwise specified, an updated version of this Agreement will become effective immediately after it is posted. Continued use of our Services after the effective date of the revised Agreement (or such other act specified at that time) constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
